Thank you for choosing PURH. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with the same attention to detail that defines our commitment to scalp wellness. Below you’ll find information about our shipping process and what you can expect after placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During product launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method you select.
From time to time, PURH may offer complimentary shipping during special promotions or on qualifying orders.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
Typical transit times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
PURH is not responsible for delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
PURH is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your information before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, PURH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location.
- Asking household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
- Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
We’re happy to assist with carrier information whenever possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged product(s)
After reviewing your claim, we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, PURH ships within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin preparing orders quickly, requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible after it is placed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
