Refund Policy

At PURH, we are committed to creating products that support a healthy scalp and beautiful hair through intentional ingredients and thoughtful care. Because our products are personal care items, we take the safety and integrity of every order seriously.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used hair care products.

If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your approved return has been processed.

Allergic Reactions & Product Sensitivity

Every scalp and hair type is unique. We encourage customers to review the ingredient list before purchasing and perform a patch test before full use.

Because individual sensitivities and allergic reactions cannot be predicted, we are unable to offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.
